Responsibilities
– Planning the running of the farm
– Setting budgets and production targets
– Keeping records of livestock and/or crops and financial records
– Conduct farming’s project evaluation and recommendations for improvement
– Lead all aspects of crop production, including soil management and field preparation, greenhouse seeding and seedling management, transplanting, direct seeding, weeding, irrigation, harvesting and post-harvest handling of produce.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree of any major, Agronomy/Agriculture is preferred
– Minimum 2 years of direct work experience managing a market garden / diversified vegetable farm
– Passion for working outdoors
– Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
– Able to multitask, result-oriented, attention to detail, and highly initiative
– Able to communicate and establish a good relationship with the field/project team
– Familiar and proficient with G-Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft Office, Adobe and computer applications
