Responsibilities

– Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employment, labor relations, and workplace practices
– Keep up-to-date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations
– Managing and being the spokesperson for PHI. bipartite, tripartite, and other dispute resolution

Requirements

– Bachelor degree of Law
– Minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field
– Understanding of labor laws, regulations and relevant legal frameworks governing employment relationships, collective bargaining, discrimination, workplace safety, and other related areas
– Have good communication, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
